  1. Right now definitely seems like a good time to buy for luxury Arizona real estate for Canadians. My parents are building their retirement home at The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain. They said they've talked to some people visiting from Canada when they've been down there; it's just great to see an active Arizona luxury real estate market.

  2. I have attempted to contact Jamie Cordova twice and he never has returned my call or email...guess they aren't that hungry for new business. Has anyone else had success at another FI?

  3. We have been talking to a lot of different institutions. Haven't found one that offers a 30 year fixed for less than 6% thus far. Still looking though. The one that does offer this program is Todd Schwartz: 602-799-8633.

  4. There's a lot of Washington Federal branches in the area. Has anyone been able to confirm that they do offer mortgages?
