Neighbors

We found it important to introduce ourselves to the neighbors of the property.

They can then call if they see/hear anything you should know about, or if they have a complaint

Complaints can be dealt with before they become a big issue, and potentially less expensively if handled early

They may be more likely to be tolerant if you have made that effort
